CODE RED POLICY
In partnership with other clubs and businesses across the North West and UK
THE CODE RED POLICY
FOR THE NORTH'S GROWING AND TRUSTED ALTERNATIVE
LIFESTYLE & LGBTQIA+ COMMUNITIES
Applies to all clubs in our network and our festival partners
We operate a strictly CODE RED policy when it comes to our entry, member rules and the utmost safety of our community and networks in the North of England
Our strong partnerships and network-wide rules with like-minded partners clubs ensures one thing:
IF YOU ARE BARRED FROM ADAM & EVE'S CLUB REINVENTED (for any reason atall), YOU ARE IMMEDIATELY BARRED FROM OUR PARTNER NETWORK ALSO.
No questions, asked.
Our community is strict on who we allow to enter. The rules are as follows:
1. There is no such thing as a Yellow Card in our network. The one chance only rule applies.
Red card rules apply for any of the following and you will not return - the following applies to all staff, guests and members of our clubs and festivals:
1. NO MEANS NO
Innappropriately touching a guest in any way or suggestive/unwanted behaviours of any kind
2. Harrassment / verbal abuse of any kind
Including: misgendering, racism, homophic, discrimatory behaviour in any or such way
3. Aggressive or abusive behaviour of any kind
Including becoming intoxicated and lewd behaviour and language
4. Drugs on premises*

9. Drunken behaviour
10. Online abuse/trolling will also get you barred from our networks
*We reserve the right to conduct random bag checks
11. Sex working/trading of any kind
We will not tolerate sex work of any kind on any of our clubs or at our festivals. This includes trading for sexual favours soliciting sex, promoting others for sex or meeting on any of our sites for sexual trades
We work closely with the authorities and will not hesitate to contact them if we feel a person is under the influence of any kind of sex trade or is vulnerable, underage or at a venue against their will
*All males over the age of 21 must show ID to the majority of our networks
WHAT DOES THE CODE RED POLICY ACHIEVE?
ENHANCED SAFETY
Safety is the utmost priority of our club, sister club and networks
We will not compromise on the safety and security of our community across the region and therefore have strict rules to ensure the level of security of all who visit our venues and partner festivals
When forming this policy club-wide, we combined our past experiences as owners.
What was highlighted is that on the rare ocassions a member was barred for any reason, they were likely to visit a competitor club or similar venue and display similar behaviours, which we won't tolerate
Breaking down the barriers of competition and forming strategic partnerships has ensured that these behaviours when they do happen, are not likely to be repeated in our network again
IMPROVED GUEST
ATTENDANCE AND
SATISFACTION
Our feedback since our launch in June 2022 shows:
-
More single ladies are visiting all clubs as they feel safer
-
The majority of males feel safer as they are with other verified males
-
Our T-girl community feels safer overall
-
Couples are satisifed that all single males are verified
-
All the above have increased awareness of our strict code of conduct across our clubs
STRENGTHENED PARTNERSHIPS WITH A DEFINED CODE OF CONDUCT FOR THE WIDER COMMUNITY
Our network is expanding . We are delighted to announce that our sister club New Gatehouse Bolton are working with us to define this further.
Along with Swingathon, Carry on Swinging, our festival partners and Quest Leeds, we aim to promote the network as safe, trusted and most of all secure with like-minded people who want to enjoy an alternative lifestyle, with genuine people!
